Unique one of a kind sideboard, manufactured in Belgium, circa 1950.
This eye-catching piece was made to order for a Belgian printing company. It’s most unique feature is the top with different sized letters carved from high quality Brazilian hardwood. The cabinet has two sliding doors: one in teak and one in seagrass. The doors reveal four drawers with cut-out handles for easy opening. The use of different materials in different shades creates a very nice contrast. The cabinet rests on for strong metal legs.
In good original condition with minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a wonderful patina.
